All products are designed by Theah Moon and fulfilled by Printful, a print-on-demand service. Items are made to order, so please double-check your info before submitting.

2. Orders & Shipping

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges unless your item is damaged or incorrect due to production.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 7 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 15 days after the estimated delivery date
